My picks of the week are more Holiday party inspired items. Nordstrom's is trending lace dresses right now and it is a great little spin on the little black dress. Some of my favorites were the Topshop and Max&Cleo cocktail dresses. They are great for an office party. If you don't want to go all black, try pairing it with some sparkle earrings or bright colored outerwear, like the Nicole Miller coat.
